Orders
How do I place an order? Choose your item, select size, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to help.
Shipping
Is shipping free? Yes — free UK delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long does it take to arrive? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; estimated delivery is 3–5 business days across the UK.
Can I track my order? Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched, and you can also use the Track Your Order page.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy? You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with their original tags attached.
How do I start a return? Contact us via the Contact page with your order number.
Can I exchange for a different size? Yes — initiate an exchange within 30 days and we'll send the replacement once we receive your return.
When will I receive my refund? Within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return, to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout.
Is payment secure? Yes — all transactions are protected by SSL encryption and handled by certified payment providers.
Sizing
How do I choose my size? Each product page includes fit guidance. For shoes, check the fit notes and size up if you are between sizes or have wider feet. For clothing, compare your measurements to the size guide on each product page. Our team is happy to advise.
Do the products fit true to size? Our shoes and clothing are designed to be true to size. For barefoot shoes, sizing up is recommended for wider feet. Product pages include detailed sizing information.

What materials are used? Full material details are listed on each product page. Most shoes feature genuine leather uppers and flexible rubber soles.
How do I care for leather shoes? Wipe clean with a damp cloth and apply a suitable leather conditioner periodically. Avoid prolonged exposure to water. Store with shoe trees where possible.
