Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We deliver across the United Kingdom.

Costs. Shipping is free on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.

Processing time. 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Estimated delivery time. UK: 3–5 business days after dispatch. Times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order via our Track Your Order page.

Incorrect address / failed delivery. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or damaged items. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve this promptly.
