General information. This site is operated by Stride & Co. By using this site you agree to these Terms.

Products and availability. We describe products as accurately as possible; colours and details may vary slightly by screen. Availability is subject to stock.

Prices. All prices are in GBP (£), inclusive of VAT. Sale prices are valid for the stated period or while stocks last.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; the contract is formed upon our dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payments. Processed by certified payment providers; your order is confirmed after authorisation. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout.

Returns and cancellations. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days (see our Return Policy).

Statutory warranty: your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by these Terms.
