Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.

Conditions. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as intimates) cannot be returned unless defective.

How to make a return. 1) Contact our team via the Contact page or by email, quoting your order number. 2) You'll receive return instructions and the return address. 3) Pack your item carefully and send it within the stated timeframe.

Return shipping costs. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges. Initiate an exchange within 30 days. If the item is in stock, we'll dispatch your replacement as soon as we receive your return.

Refunds. Processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return, to your original payment method.

Faulty products. Contact us immediately with photos and your order number — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in line with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

This 30-day returns policy is a voluntary extension beyond the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Last updated: June 2026.
